Common questions
Do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing at all. We do not ask for materials or preparation in advance. The session works from a conversation about your business, your team, and the work that costs you the most time.
Do I need any technical background?
None. We work entirely in plain language and focus on business outcomes, not technology. If you can describe what your team does day-to-day, you have everything you need.
Can I bring colleagues to the session?
Yes. Many leaders find it useful to have a second person in the room, such as a COO or operations lead. We recommend no more than two or three people to keep the session focused.
What platform is used for the session?
We use Microsoft Teams. You will receive a link once your booking is confirmed. No software installation is required beyond the standard Teams client.
What happens after the session?
