By Day 5 you have a specific, costed, sequenced plan for your best AI opportunity and a clear decision on how to proceed.

How much time does this require from our team?
Three working sessions across five days. No preparation is required before Workshop 1.
Do you need access to our systems or data?
No. All analysis is based on descriptions, sample documents, and screenshares. We do not require login credentials or access to live systems. Sample documents are used only within this engagement and not retained after it closes.
What if we don't have a clear idea of what to automate?
That is exactly what Workshop 1 is designed to surface. You do not need to come in with an answer. The session is structured to find the right opportunity from scratch.
Will you build the solution as well?
Implementation is a separate engagement priced independently. The Kickstart Workshop produces the plan: what to build, how to build it, and what it will cost. You then decide whether to proceed with Wingu Moja, a different partner, or your own team.
